Price Risk Management in Commodity Sourcing
Majority of organizations have skewed raw material mix, more than 50% of exposure to a single group of products, and those prices are linked to commodity raw material. Price risk is a key factor defining competitiveness of the supply chain system and without this business it is vulnerable to waves of volatility.
